Returns-If a product has been installed or the item arrives at your location and no insurance was purchased a refund will not be approved. All returns will be at the cost of the buyer in the original package. Email first before returning an item. If an item is damaged due to manufacture defects the buyer will send the item back and then a replacement item will be sent. If an item or deposit is retuned for a refund a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the original price.
Warranty-Custom Choppers By Otis warranties parts to be free form manufacture defects for 30 days from original date of purchase. This does not include parts that have been modified, reworked, improperly installed or used for racing/competition purposes. CCO will not be liable for installation or removal of warranted parts or consequential damage caused by warranted parts.
Back order items-At times some items will be on back order. If an item is on back order you will be notified via email and have the opportunity to place the order and wait until the item come in stock or receive a full refund.
Shipments-Shipments are normally shipped within 7-10 days via the DHL or USPS.
Custom Made Frames/Frames and Motors-No orders will be eligible for return once the MSO is delivered. Some situations may apply and at the discretion of CCO. All frame orders require a $400 non refundable deposit.
