All our frames that we build are hand built for the customer one at a time to the customers specs. The turn around time for a frame build is normally 6-8 weeks, some times more depending on the work load. Shipping runs around $75 dollars. All frame orders require a $400 non refundable deposit. Most of the frames we build are singe down tube however we will build duel down tubes. Just let us know what you would like. Each frame comes with a MSO that will ship separate from the frame. larger image 300 RSD Drive Frame $1675.67 This frame features full rigid style with double down tube motor carriage. Frame will accept round oil tank and up to a 4 inch extended gas tank. Neck is drilled for internal stop kit. Motor and transmission is stock position as right side drive does not require an offset. 1 inch axle and billet motor mount included. Made of 1020 DOM steel tubing. Legs are 1 38 OD with a .125 thick wall. Backbone is 1 12 inch OD with .219 inch thick wall. 1 inch rear axle included. Tig welded. Accepts 11 inch rear fender. Accepts softail style oil tank and 250 rear tire with full with 1.5 inch belt. Integral 5th bolt mounting within reinforced offset transmission plate. 30 day warrenty and customer will pay for return shipping. MSO will arrive after jig is received. larger image Chopper Frame Jig $550 A jig is not about how many moving parts the jig has-it is about how practical it is and ease of use. Each frame is different when you build it and our policy it to keep it simple and leave out the frustration of useless moving parts you don't really need. A jig is used to hold/tac weld your parts in place while you build your frame. Our jigs leave you the option to build more than 1 style of frame. Our custom built chopper jigs are built 1 at a time for each customer and welded by certified welders. With the rising cost of steel and the time it takes to build each jig, this is a true value. These jigs are sold to shops for twice the price. Each jig is adjustable for any rake, stretch and axle height. These jigs are adjustable for different sizes of tubing you may use. Look at our feedback and see what past customers have to say. We have sold to quit a few to chopper shops on EBay and all of them were quite satisfied. Each jig is made out of heavy duty 2 X 2 X 18 steel tubing that will last a life time. The frame in the pic is shown with 1 516 OD down tube and rails, 1 12 back bone and seat down post. All adjustable parts are tapped for bolts to ensure a secure and stable non-moving part. All our jigs are laser leveled and squared for precise accuracy for building your frame. The jigs are made of heavy duty materials to ensure no movement while welding the frame in the jig. This style of jig has been tested and used by us and local chopper shops-so we know these jigs will work. Each jig is sent to you unpainted so that while you are welding the frame you will have no problems finding a ground. The jigs include a part to hold the engine and tranny mounts in place while welding. We will also include some tips for building your frame if you need them. We only ship to the lower 48 and please expect to wait 6-8 weeks for your jig to arrive, as each one is built for each customer. We are using a new shipping company that cost less than before.
